How to request deletion

Sign in below with the account you want to delete. Review the deletion details, confirm that you understand what happens to billing, type DELETE and confirm. You may need to sign in again to verify ownership. You do not need a subscription to delete an account.

This removes your LearnTonic learning history, saved sessions, preferences, XP, rewards and assignments from the active database, and deletes your Firebase sign-in account. It does not delete your Google account. A minimal deletion marker and some billing, support, log and backup records may remain, as explained in our privacy notice.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Use subscription management first if you want renewal to stop. You can request deletion immediately, even while a subscription is active.

If you cannot sign in, email support@learntonic.app from your account email and ask to delete your LearnTonic account. We may ask you to verify ownership. Never send a password or sign-in code.
